Let's Dance in Rhythm, Branford CT
Shake off your cabin fever and Swing into Spring with some new dance moves!

These classes will be for intermediate/advanced dancers.

Registration and Warm-up Dancing 12:30 - 1:00

Thinking Outside the Box 1:15 - 2:30

In this class, we'll restrict the way you dance in order to expand it. Prepare to have your thinking about leading and following turned upside-down!

Styling & Variations While Maintaining Great Connection 2:45 - 4:00

The aesthetics and rhythms of Lindy Hop are part of what make the dance so much fun. Connecting these aesthetics and rhythms to your partner's movements is even more fun. Learn some styling and variations that can enhance your connection to the music and to your partner.

Mixing Tango/Blues into Lindy 4:15 - 5:30

Tango has an immensely rich vocabulary! Learn how to lead and follow flashy tango-inspired moves and techniques, then how to integrate them beautifully with your blues and Lindy Hop dancing while remaining true to blues and Lindy Hop music.
