So much news! Sweet Molasses Blues 2 is only three weeks away, and we've got some juicy updates for you.

Get ready to bring it! We have two new competitions for you this year--an Open Jack&Jill and an Open Strictly--with the chance to win passes to events like BluesSHOUT, Blues Muse, and more! Sign up when you sign in at the event.

Unfortunately, Heidi Fite will be unable to participate in Sweet Molasses Blues this year, and so will not be teaching with Damon Stone. The good news is that Boston's own Julie Brown will be partnering with Damon to bring you the same classes as before!

Finally, we want to announce that those who are in town on Thursday night can come join us for a kickoff dance at Blues Union, our weekly blues dance. Jennifer Shortway of NJ and Tina Davis of Dallas, TX will be DJing that night! That's right, Sweet Molasses Blues registrants can now enjoy FOUR nights of dancing."
