Vinnie's Jump and Jive- Balboa A

When the tempo speeds up, don't sit down! Come learn the basics of this close partner dance of the 1930's. Crowded dance floors and quick music developed this speedy dance we can't live without!

No partner required, basic knowledge of connection and frame is helpful.

This is a class series, please no drop-ins after March 9th without instructor permission.

Footwear: It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that leads bring light shoes with smooth soles and followers bring high heels with smooth soles. Since Balboa is a dance based on connection at the torso, footwear can have a large impact on communication with one's dance partner. Everyone is also encouraged to bring a second pair of dance shoes of their choice as a back-up.

When: Tuesdays in March (March 2, 9, 16, 23, 30) from 7:00-8:15pm
Cost: $35- Early Registration & Student/series
$45- Walk-in Registration/series
$12/class if paid for individually
